Terra Cotta Decorative Vase
A Terra Cotta vase, handmade and fired by me in my home studio.
This piece is unglazed, revealing beautiful, red-hued clay that would be a lovely compliment to neutral or rustic home decor. Since the piece is unglazed, it is not able to hold water. If water is put in the vessel, it will gradually seep through.
This vase stands 7.75 inches tall, and 4.75 inches wide at the base. The base has been sanded down with a high grit diamond sanding pad to smooth it, however this is raw clay and you should exercise caution placing this directly onto finished wood surfaces.
