Return and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions. Please click on “Contact” above and send me a message if you need help.

A) If you receive an item and it is not what you expected or you just do not like it, I will accept a return on the condition that you pay for return shipping, and that the piece makes it back to me undamaged. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the item. Once I receive the item back, I will issue you a refund as soon as I can for thr price of the piece + shipping you paid at the time of initial purchase. I strive to show clear pictures of my products and give adequate descriptions in product listings, if you have any questions prior to purchasing, DO NOT hesitate to reach out to me with questions.

B) Shipping damage - I package my items very securely, but accidents do happen. I will attempt to recoup funds with the carrier. In order to process your refund, you are required to send me pictures of a) package damage and b) the damaged product so that I can start a claim. You must make this request within 2 weeks of receiving the item so that I can submit documentation to the carrier before their deadline expires. Once I receive pictures/video, I will issue you a full refund.

C) Manufacturing Defect - If something weird happens with your piece, I would like to know about it. Any details you share with me will help me troubleshoot the problem and make adjustments as necessary for future pieces. This is really, really rare. In 3 years of producing ceramics, I’ve only ever had 1 item have an issue. I will honor a full refund or coupon code for an equivalently priced item within a year of purchase.

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS FOR:

A) You dropped the item and broke it. Please be careful - my stuff can break, just like store-bought ceramics.

B) If you do not request return/refund within the timelines specified above.
